TEO TECK SOON

Singaporean artist Teo Teck Soon (b.1941) is one of the most inventive and poetic artist that specialises in Chinese ink painting and calligraphy. Teo started painting in the 1960s while he was a student in Chung Cheng High School. Having a strong foundation in Chinese philosophy, Teo’s paintings are deeply rooted in tradition, that led him into Chinese calligraphy in early 2000s
